We do not accept returns, offer refunds, or provide exchanges for any factory sealed card products or boxes, single cards, graded cards, memorabilia or services, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

We will assess the situation and, if deemed appropriate, provide instructions for a return or replacement. Any such claims made after three (3) days from the delivery date will not be entertained.
